Little Claire Showcase - Day # 3

Good morning, February already - where has the last month gone? The start of the month, means another fabulous club stamp set over at Little Claire . The new set is called 'Garden Set' and has lots of elements including a sweet little sentiment stamp. You can join the club and get the pack for £8.00, via the link above.

As you can see, I have made a desk calender and a tent card using the new set. Pink & purple cardstock from SU, die cut butterflies and some bling finish off. Dies used are from Quikutz and Sizzix. Not sure if you can see that I have glossy accented the trowel and wellies.

Am busy getting samples made for 'Bluewater' if you are coming along, pop on by the stand to say hi. Am so looking forward to going to this new show and maybe picking up a few bargains along the way lol!

Little Claire Showcase - Day # 2

Good morning, another couple of cards from me using a gorgeous new stamp 'Birdhouse Garland' over at Little Claire . It is available to purchase today at the great price of £5.50, or you could go visit the blog with a chance to win this wonderful little stamp. If you are in need of inspiration today, the DT cards will inspire you.

I have made two very different cards, one pastel and one with bright Promarker colours. Papers used on my cards are My Minds Eye, card and ribbon Stamping Up. Flower dies are Marianne ones.

The dreaded snow is on its way down here today, not happy about it at all. I love looking at it but hate going out in it. Also I have a poorly Georgia home with a cold today. She has just put 'The Simpsons' movie on, I cannot believe that I haven't seen it, its hilarious! Am also loving 'Call the Midwife' on the box at the moment, must get the series when it comes out. OMG I spent far too much time watching TV lol.
I will be back in the morning with my third showcase, hope you will pop on by.

Right, off to do some more crafting and take care of the patient, have a lovely day!

Thanks for stopping by and leaving me lovely comments, I will pop on by your blogs later today.

Little Claire Showcase - Day # 1

Good morning, brrrrrr its very chilly here today, snow is on its way I believe. I love the white fluffy stuff except when driving in it, so am going to stay home, drink lots of coffee and spend the day crafting in the warm!

Am so excited to be showcasing the brand new 'Garden' stamps out today from Little Claire , they are so gorgeous! The first of which is called 'Deckchair', it reminds me of Spring/Summer days sitting in the garden, drinking Pimms and enjoying the sunshine. We have crocus', daffodils and little birds in the garden, which so reminds me of this new stamp range.

Each day this week, Little Claire will be showcasing a new stamp and there is lots of inspiration on the blog here from the Design Team. You can even win the stamp showcased each day. For more information and a chance to win, go via the link above to the main blog.

I will be back tommorrow with Day # 2, have a lovely day and keep warm!

January Class Cards

Hi there, hoping your day is going well? I just wanted to share a couple of cards that we made recently at one of my classes that I hold at home every month. I had forgotten that they were on my computer and one of my friends, had a moan at me to upload them, so here they are : Hope you likey?
Our theme for January was flowers,

Firstly, we used a gorgeous Crafty Individuals stamp and made a collage card

On my second card, I have used a wonderful set of Clarity stamps and made buttons using glossy accents.

At lastly a hydrangea stamp from Stamp Up with lots of ink.

All cardstock is from SU, papers from My Mind's Eye (of course). Various punches, ribbons and bling to finish off.

Just a note to Helen and Maureen, I will email you about a place on the March class, unfortunately February is now full.

Little Claire Showcase - Day # 6

Happy Sunday morning to you! Here is my last card showcasing the new 'Male' themed stamps over at Little Claire's . This stamp is called 'Going Out ' which is part of the 'Claire's Super Six Set.

I am a little late with posting my card, the Sandown show was very busy yesterday and I was just a bit tired last night, fell asleep watching 'Big Brother' which isn't like me lol! It was sooo good to see so many of you bloggers and attendees of the Little Claire days, I so lovely catching up with everyone!

Anyway, I have made a nice, simple card, sentiment on the inside this time. I have also used the 'Buttons & Stitching' stamp set to add some embellies. Am going to send a duplicate of this card to my big brother next week for his birthday. I know I am safe showing it, as he isn't a big blogger or computer geek, we always have a joke about him hanging up his coat when he comes round to see me, so I am hoping he gets the joke!

The family are off to an animal sanctuary today, my hubs company are sponsoring it this year and they are having a bit of an open day. I have promised David that no little furry friends will be coming home with us, our house has enough of them for the time being.

Have a wonderful day, thanks for any comments left. If you get a chance pop on over to the LC blog and take a look at the other DT cards, very inspiring!

Lastly, just wanted to say goodbye to the lovely Louise, who has been my teamie at Little Claire. She is stepping down from the team and I am really going to miss her.

Little Claire Monthly Challenge #17

Good morning, am sitting here with my knees knocking as I am sooooo cold! Its very frosty here and I need to go put the central heating back on so that I don't get hyperthermia lol! It doesnt help that I am still in my jim-jams, so after posting this, will be finding warm winter wear to put on.

It's Challenge # 17 over at Little Claire's Blog , the theme being 'Anything but a Card'. I have made another box, this time just one drawer instead of twenty four like my last post.

There is a great prize again this month, stamps and crafting goodies. You don't have to use a Little Claire image, but if you do, you could be the winner of our super little blinkie for your blog.

I have used the wonderful image 'Spikey Flowers', such a pretty little stamp! the box is made out of SU 'Not quite navy' & 'cream' cardstock, have stamped with the same coloured ink pad, the roses are made from a small scallop punch and finished off with a small blue stone. I have also decorated the bottom of the box as well.

Off to get some breakfast. Will be back over the weekend to share some of my class cards with you.

Have a good one!

On my cards, I have used 'Isabelle' papers and various Promarker colours. I have decoupaged the large flowers and have added some font leaves. The second card is a stepper card and the scallop punch is a SU one.

Must catch 'Sherlock' in a minute and I have lots of cards to make, so many birthdays this month! Better get on with them. It is one of my resolutions to get more organised, so far so good. Did you make any resolutions? Let's hope we both stick to them.
