WOYWW # 58

Good morning, welcome to WOYWW, if you want to join our little club, pop a photo of your workplace on your desk, detailing what you are making and what stash you have and link it to the lovely Julia @ Stamping Ground .

On my desk this week, are lots of bits and bobs again. Am in the middle of doing some DT cards which can't be shown until September, I have been sent lots and lots of lovely stamps to play with, what a luck girly I am!

Firstly, left to right, a brand new Papermania 'Summerbloom' paper kit, my every growing supply of Promarkers, my mobile, inkpads, punches, new dandelion mug from Next, post-it notes ready to make pressies for teachers. New Penny Black Slapstick stamped image ready to colour in. Russian Doll wooden album from Kaisercraft ready to cover and usual suspects, glue, tape, scissors and glasses.

Below is yet another draw I am sharing with you. This one holds my Elzybells, Forever Friends and Imaginisce stamps in. They have been rather unused recently, so I must delve in and see what I can find to play with.


Better get Georgia & Jess's lunches ready and get them off to school. Have a lovely day, more crafting for me, have some deadlines to meet on some commissions I am doing.

WOYWW # 57

Morning peeps, another Wednesday has come along, it's time to share where you create, pop on over to Julia @ Stamping Ground and join in the fun. Julia is mentioned in the August edition of 'Craft Stamper', that's how much this little club is growing!

On my desk this week, well lots of bits and peices to share. A lovely lady called Rosemary gave me this wonderful Russian Doll fabric a while ago, and I have pondered what to do with it. Well my lovely friend Clare has kind of got me into sewing again, so I have decided I am going to make a Russian Doll cushion, when I can find a template. I am going to photocopy the one I have and enlarge it, so watch this space!

There are some beautiful 'Henbury' papers and stamps from Do Crafts, they were half price at Hobbycraft, so they came homee with me yesterday, lol! There are some Christmas cards that I made at a SU clas and yes your eyes arn't decieving you, my Promarker box has grown in size and content, lol! Oh and nearly forgot, I have been trying to make some more Christmas cards using my little Penny Black cat stamp, isn't it the cutest!

On to my little man, Carrie. Thanks for ALL of your lovely comments and wishes, he is much better but still not 100%. Please keep your fingers crossed that he pulls through for me, thanks.

Craft Your Passion Challenge # 13

Here is my second card of the day, I have been wanting to enter this challenge, Craft Your Passion Challenge for a while now, the theme for this week is 'Stitching', faux or real. I have sewn blanket stitch on the top and bottom, also the sides of my card using Linen Thread. Thanks to the lovely Shell for the RAK, I love this LOTV image, one of the sweetest I have seen. Oh I do love my easel from the lovely Julia, isn't it fabby!

Pear Tree Designs Weekly Challenge # 7 'Animals'

Good morning, hope you have had lovely weekends and are fully refreshed for what Monday brings? The family and I had a fantastic day at the beach on Saturday, we found a deserted sandy beach and camped out there for the day! We all went for a swim, had a lovely picnic and Georgia made loads of 'Portals of Doom', (sandcastles with moats, lol!) I got quite sunburnt even though I slapped Factor 40+ on! There was a lovely breeze which at one point, swept our parasol away over the rocks and it was very funny watching poor David clambering over them to retrieve it, lol! Yes, I know I am wicked!!!

MAWTT Weekly Challenge # 53 & My Exciting News!

Hello fellow bloggers, sorry I am late posting this, haven't felt too well today. The heat here is becoming unbearable and I cannot sleep, I know I shouldn't moan about the good weather, but a breeze is needed to cool us all down! Thanks for all of your lovely comments regarding our beloved Guinea Pig, Carrie. He is much better today and has left sick-bay and is back in his hutch.

Anyway, it is the farewell sketch from our DT Clare (Threadbare), over at Moving Along With The Times . She is leaving the DT but will still be joining in our challenge, as a Guest Design, once a month. Good luck Clare, sending you big hugs!

I also have some lovely news to share, I have been asked to be on the Design Team for Little Claire's and am so excited!!!!
