Good evening peeps, hope you have had a great Christmas? Mine was lovely and quiet, got lots of lovely goodies including some new Anya's, white gold hoop earrings and a new mobile, which is great fun to play with. Its got a touch screen and some fun games so I think you all know what I have been up to over the past week, lol!

Here is my entry for the Papertake Weekly Challenge , ooo I do love Dawny P's sketches, they are all so useable! I have used one of my pressies, the Miss Anya Love stamps and have used Copics to colour her in. Peach and Dusky Pink Bazzill and some scrap paper from a Papermania pack of papers. My sentiment is from Craftwork Cards, ribbon from Anita's and bling from Kaisercraft.

My daughter Georgia has just made herself a blog and she has also entered this challenge, she beat me to it today! Please pop over and leave her a comment, it would really make her day, thanks so much,

Happy Christmas and MAWTT Challenge # 27 - Clare's Open Sketch & Theme

Happy Christas Eve to one and all! Here is my final Moving Along With The Times , DT card for this year. Clare (Threadbare) has decided to keep an open theme this time, and our challenge will run for two weeks, to give you all time to get over the hangovers, lol! You can use any of the fab sketches from the past year, I have used one of Clare's, a nice and simple sketch! I have tweeked mine a bit as you can see, this is Georgia's Christmas card, she has a thing for Polar Bear's! I have used some of the usual suspects, red and green Bazzill Swiss Dot Cardstock, MS Flourish border and Artic Snowflake punches, button and bling from stash. My sentiment is a Hero Arts one which has been put to good use on most of my christmas cards.

What a busy week it has been for us, its been so lovely catching up with old friends and a big thanks to my dear friend Karen for a super lunch yesterday! Am off to Sharon's in a moment for our annual Christmas drinky and a bit of karaoke, god help the neighbours!

It just leaves me to say a HUGE thank you for all of your lovely Christmas cards and crafting pressies. Wow have I been spoilt! Hoping Santa brings you lots of crafting bits and bobs. Happy Christmas to you and your families from us - The Greenies xxxxx

MAWTT Challenge # 25, Sue's Sketch & Theme

Hello, hello, long time no blogging for me! I have had such a busy week, I haven't had a lot of time for crafting. I have nearly finished the old Christmas shopping and the wrapping will be done this evening, while I am watching Strictly/XFactor, so am nearly sorted. Anyway, to my DT Entry.

It was the turn of the lovely Susie Sunshine to do a sketch and she has chosen an open theme, so that will give you lots of scope to play and join in our challenge over at Moving Along With The Times . This week's prize has been donated by the lovely Julie of JB-Crafting Supplies . I chose to do a doorhanger for Georgia's room. I have been promising to make her a Christmassy one, and I recently treated myself to these lovely new CC Design Angel stamps, so I just had the paper to choose. I have paper pieced the angel with some Bo Bunny 'Tis the Season, Deck the Halls' and the red/snowflake paper is 'Imaginisce - Polar Expressions, Twinkle Toes' for the background. QK Scallop border die, MS Artic Snowflake punch and Hero Arts Sentiment and bling stones with 'Anita's' red ribbon to finish off. She was very pleased with result, I have to make her friends some now!

Am off to wrap those pressies, have a lovely evening, hope to be back to complete another challenge tommorrow. My 'ME' time is well overdue this week, so will be making up for lost time tommorrow, lol! If I had to choose, I would prob go for Olly to win X-Factor, but they are all good and deserve a break, so may the best person win! big hugs Heidi xxx
