Little Claire November Club Stamp - It's A Cracker!!!

Good evening, I have a couple of my samples to show you today using the FABULOUS new stamp 'A little bird told me' from Little Claire which is available to buy from today. It is the November Club stamp and not only can it be used as a birthday image but a great Christmas card too. I have to say that this image is my favourite out of all of them, and I do have rather a lot of their stamps, lol!

I have made a fridge magnet/tag as above, using a Little Claire Scallop Dies, Blue Bazzill Swiss Dot Cardstock, MS Artic Snowflake Punch, White Card Candy and coloured in with Promarkers and covered in Cosmic Shimmer. The ribbon is from a beautiful set of dotty ones from QVC.

The card above was made using the Scallp Amazing Frames from Little Claires, Red Bazzill Cardstock, Imaginisce Striped Candy Paper, Petaloo Flowers, Kaisercraft Green Stones. Again, coloured in with Promarkers and covered with Cosmic Shimmer.

Girls went back to school today, I missed them but am so glad for some time to myself.

Have a lovely evening!

What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday???

Good morning, its Wednesday again! Time for all of you keen crafters to flash your stash, lol! Julia @ Stamping Ground started this craze and numbers are increasing weekly. I managed fifty blogs last week, then my pc froze, thanks as always to all of you lovely peeps that leave me messages, I love receiving them!

To my desk, well not alot happening I must admit. Having the girls home on half term always puts my MOJO on the back burner and CoCo is a little pickle, into everything, so cardmaking has just hasn't happened. My MOJO had better come from somewhere, as on my desk today are, Halloween stamps, I have to do a card using one of these, (please leave a comment telling me which one I should use, I just can't choose, thanks), Lili of the Valley stamps, my tote, papers and embellies. Oh and a little cat called CoCo!, she just loves my craft room lots of play with! I actually ran out of glue this week, can you believe it? I am normally so organised and have two of everything, but then remembered that Georgia has been making this huge Greek temple for a class project, and yep she has used all of it. Only double sided tape left, had to go out and get supplies today, wow glue is expensive!

We had a sleepover last night, well should be no-sleepover, so when I have typed this, I am off back to bed while they are all sleeping, to catch up on mine lol! It was great fun though, sweets, 'St Trinian's' DVD and facepacks lol!

Have a great day, looking forward to seeing all of your desks,

I have coloured in with Promarkers and have added Cosmic Shimmer and MS Snowflakes.
We are off down the park to get some excercise and to enjoy the sunshine,

Hello, thank Crunchie it's Friday!! Half term again here, lots of lovely lie-in's next week, cannot wait! Well, the girlies will lie in but Molly will be bashing me on the nose at 6am each day, wanting her breakfast, lol! Thanks for all of your lovely comments regarding CoCo, she is doing really well thanks. It's so lovely to know that there are so many cat lovers in blogland. She is off to the vets next week for her first lot of injections and she is starting to put weight on, so all is good. She absolutely loves my feet and enjoys chewing my toes, I know, cheesey feet! But she is into sleeping on my feet, so think that is rather sweet, if not a little painful, lol!

Anyway to the challenge, it's the turn of the lovely Joey to host our challenge this week over at Totally Papercrafts . As you can see from the title, we want to see numbers of some sorts on your creations. Please can you make sure you get rid of your word verification when you enter via Mr Linky, thanks.

Our sponsors are :

To my card, I have used a wonderful little die that my friend Allie gave me for my birthday, it just happen's to be from Little Claire's, which as you know I love anything from them. I found some large numbers in my box and have cut around it, embossed with a CB folder and have added some Bazzill Cardstock in lilac & pink. Some fabulous Craft Creations purple patterned paper and some bling from stash. The sentiment is from a fabulous set by the lovely Paula Pascaul.

Georgia is off to tea with her best friend today, so no school run for me for over a week, am going to enjoy the peace this afternoon, CoCo permitting and make some cards.

Enjoy your afternoon, thanks for stopping by!

What's On Your Workdesk # 72

Good morning all of you WOYWW's, to join in the fun each week, pop on over to Julia @ Stamping Ground , so nearly made it to all of you last week, the numbers are growing so fast, you need a couple of days of just commenting, lol!

On my desk today are a few bits & bobs - Papermania 'Family' & 'Home' chipboard albums, dotty ribbons, MS circle & snowflake punches, Hero Arts Christmas Sentiment stamps, QK Christmas Embossing folder, Christmas Tree (brought for me by my friend Marie, thanks hun), LOTV stamps in box, spare paper from a DT card, D & D Halloween decoupage set, brought for 99p, bargain! and lastly a gift album I started making last year (yes Karen, I will finish it, lol), just needs some ribbon & bling.

My craft room is a total mess since our new arrival little CoCo came into our lives. She has lots of fun chasing bits of paper around, she has pulled out all of my ribbons from one of the draws and my large stamp box was emptied last night all over the floor, had to laugh and it needed tidying up anyway, lol! There is a cute little photo of her below.

These wonderful albums are some 'blog candy' that I won from the lovely Clare Curd, I won two lots of candy, wow as a person who never wins anything ever, it was a lovely surprise to win twice, lol! Thanks Clare, I will be putting them to good use, have lots of wonderful photos to fill them with.

Well, here she is, isn't she a cutie?? She has just finished reading the latest Crafts Beautiful, that's my girl! How could someone just dump her on the side of the road?? If ever I caught up with them, well they wouldn't eat for a week! Am not a violent person normally, but would have to make an exception this time. We have done all the necessary things, put posters up, knocked on doors, called the Cats Protection and Lost Cats Register, no one has come forward, so we are keeping her! She is such a good girl, our Molly is warming to her so all is good. Thanks for all of your lovely comments and advice, not had a kitten for twenty odd years, so its just like having another baby, hard work but great fun!

Have lots of demo cards to make today, so had better do the school run and get on with them, enjoy your day!

MAWTT Weekly Challenge ' 68 'Halloween'

Good evening, firstly please excuse my photo, got a bit of glare on my image. Anyway, a quick post from me tonight, the reason being I found a little lost kitten today on the main road near to my house, I knocked on a few doors and no one knew anything about her, so she came home with me, until we can establish who the owner is. As you can imagine, my girls won't leave her alone and even David has joined in playing with her. At the moment, she is curled up on his lap fast asleep, lol! She is a real cutie and it will be hard to let her go home, but at least I will try to find her owner. We have called her 'CoCo' as she is brown and rather lady-like lol!

Anyway, here is my DT creation for this week's theme of 'Halloween' over at MAWTT . The lovely Brenda is hosting and we are lucky enough to be sponsored this week by :

I have made a 'Halloween Invitation', Georgia may be having a party here (god help me!!!) so I played with these great images that Sarah gave us. Do pop on over to the main blog via the link to see all of the other DT makes, they are all so different. As always, you have until next Wednesday 20th October at 8pm to enter.

I used a Little Claire Pointy Frame Die shape, Black Bazzill Smoothie Cardstock, buttons, papers & images all Sarah Hurley. I added Kaisercraft stones and typed up the invite.

Am off to play with the little kitty and introduce her to our Molly, am sure it won't go well, fingers crossed!

WOYWW # 71

Good morning, welcome to my What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday! Julia created this wonderful pastime each week, where we exchange comments on each other's workdesks and creations, its a lot of fun!

Not a lot has changed this week on my craft room desk, I have had to move to the dining room as have been busy making up lots of samples for forthcoming demos and DT committments, also trying to tidy my craft room as it is becoming a real mess again, so not a lot of things have moved from last week. I have got lots done this week, so the mojo is firmly in place, thank goodness! I have treated myself (naughty me, lol!) to some new MS snowflake punches, papers and some tools that needed replacing. There are all sorts on my desk to tell you about, in fact, too many to mention them all, so I will leave it to you to have a nosy, lol!

I am really loving my Little Claire 'Pointy Frames', just cant put them down, as you have probably noticed if you visit my blog alot. They are so versitile for all types of crafting. New flowers and ribbons too jumped into my basket at a local craft shop, it just had to be done, lol! Am waiting for some more lovely crafty bits to pop through my letterbox today, some LOTV stamps, papers and card are on their way to be played with.

Haven't done alot with my ongoing project, Jess' canvas. Have come to somewhat of a brick wall, I get that alot with large projects. I tend to leave them for a week or so and then go back and finish them, it seems to work for me. Do you do this too or is it just my mojo madness?

Georgia is wanting me to make her toast, must fly! Enjoy your WOYWW day, thanks for stopping by and any comments left are greatly appreciated!

luv
