Happy World Cardmaking Day!!!

Good afternoon, I hope wherever you are, you have stopped doing the ironing, feeding the kids, cleaning the loo and are making a card, lol? Well, the weather here has been so pants today, thats how I am spending my afternoon. I was dragged around the shops this morning by Jessie with a large wad of money burning a hole in her purse. After several girly shops, I managed to get my own back and went into a craft shop where money did exchange hands, lol!

Anyway, I am rather pleased with my little card above. I brought this beautiful image from the LOTV stand at Alexandra Palace last weekend, she is called 'Christmas Magic' . Three others, came home with me too, they are such fabulous images to play with.

I am going to enter my card into the following challenges :-

CES Challenge - 'Get a Hat'

Totally Papercrafts Challenge - 'The Great Outdoors'

My Card Recipe

Blue Swiss Dot Bazzill Cardstock
Snowflake Paper
Little Claire Large Scallop Circle & Circle Dies
Cuttlebug Large Snowflake
MS Artic Snowflake Punch
Magnolia Tag Sentiment
QK Revolution ' Celebrate' Die
Button, ribbon & bling stones from stash
Coloured in with Promarkers

My stamps are calling, off to make some more cards, have a lovely evening!
hugs

Good for you Heidi, why do the kids always bleed us dry LOL. Fab card, so pretty. You asked about the aquamarkers. I was a copic/promarker girl and don't do a lot of watercolouring but went and bought the whole set of aquamarkers and just love them. Best of both worlds using a promarker just with a damp brush and you can mix the colours on a pallet for different shades. IMO they are fantastic and so much easier to use than distress inks. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and have fun with the new stash

What do you mean stopped doing all those other things? I don't do them anyway LOL well I do a bit of h/w when I absolutely must and rather than me feed the kids, DD often feeds me, especially on Sunday when I get a gorgeous roast dinner - making my mouth water thinking about it tomorrow now hehe
