New DT Post - Ellephantastic Cards & Crafts


Good afternoon, its raining cats and dogs here in Sussex and has been all afternoon, if it carries on, we may need canoes! Great crafting weather though, don't you think?

I have been asked by the lovely Helen of Ellephantastic Cards & Crafts to be on her Design Team. Helen is uber-talented and designs the cutest digi-images, so do pop on over and take a look at her blog. I have been joined on the Design Team by Linda , Jilli and Jane . Us girlies, will be doing two projects a month and will be showing them on a Saturday. Our next date will be Saturday 10th April. Helen will be launching a new Challenge blog in the near future.



Here is my card using the super little image 'Roger & Easter Egg', which you can purchase now via the link above. I have used the following : Making Memory's 'Flutter' papers, Blue Swiss Dot and Yellow Bazzill. Prima flowers, Paper shaper flower punch, Elzybells 'Easter' sentiment, SU scallop punch and Kaisercraft bling stones.

MAWTT Challenge # 39 & Willow Sketchie Challenge



Good evening from a windswept and wet Sussex! It's raining cats & dogs here! Here are my DT cards for today, firstly a super-dooper sketch from my dear friend Hazel (Dido's) over at Moving Along With The Times . We have a fantastic sponsor this week, Sally-Ann from Digistamp Boutique , she has offered a £10.00 voucher as the prize this week.

LOTV Thursday Challenge # 49





Hello peeps, it's so lovely here today, the sun is shining and its feeling really warm and my garden is sprouting lots of spring flowers, I got the hubby up a ladder decorating and the girlies are off doing their own things, so I have lots of time to craft today, so all is good!

Here is my entry for the lovely Lili of the Valley Thursday Challenge using the gorgeous 'Fairy on Tiptoe' stamp. I was lucky enough to be brought some of these lovely stamps for Mother's Day, so am really enjoying playing with them! The sketch was so easy to use and there are some stamps up for grabs, so go check the blog out!

My card : LOTV 'Fairy on Tiptoe' stamp, Bo Bunny 'Dot' and Papermania 'Rose Garden' paper. Large and medium Scallop and large circle Nesties. Craftwork card 'sentiment', Prima flowers, turq & pink jelli dots and small pink bling stone. She is coloured in using Copic Ciao's.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge # 93



Good afternoon, what grotty weather we are having here! and are you a rugby widow like myself? David has been stuck in front of that telly for most of the day, so at least it gives me some time to do a challenge or two, lol! The first one I have uploaded, is for the wonderful ever-inspiring Penny Black Saturday Challenge , the lovely Carole has come up with a super sketch to follow and there are some wonderful Cuttlebug Embossing Folders up for grabs. I do love this challenge, I never get bored of using my Penny Black stamps!

My card : Penny Black 'Bunny Talk' stamp, Yellow and Green Bazzill cardstock. Doodlebug paper and ribbon. Elzybells sentiment, Papershaper flower punch, Woodware 'frond' punch and Kaisercraft green bling, as always, lol!

MAWTT Challenge # 38 & Willow Sketchie Challenge - Karen's Sketch

Good evening, after a very long day here are my two DT challenge cards for Moving Along With The Times and Willow Sketchie Challenge .

Moving Along With The Times Challenge # 38 - Clare W's Sketch


My lovely friend and DT colleague Clare, has done the sketch this week and our sponsor Craft Fairy, have given us some lovely fairy images to play with.



As you can see, I choose the garden fairy which I thought go really well with these My Mind's Eye papers. Have coloured her in using Copic Ciao's and added some Cosmic Shimmer to her wings. Craftwork cards 'sentiment', Doodlebug ric-rac ribbon and stones and Prima green and orange flowers finish her off. I have used my MS Flourish punch to decorate around her.



Willow Sketchie Challenge - Karen's Sketch



Karen's sketch was fab to use, lots of straight lines! We have all used this wonderful image called 'Walter', such a cute owl, great for any occasion!
The papers used with Walter the digi image are Adornit 'Aqua Funky Flowers', Turquoise Bazzill Cardstock, QK scallop square die, QVC Dot ribbon, Kaisercraft pink pearls, Hero Arts clear stones and a SU sentiment.

Thank You!!

Good afternoon from a lovely sunny, warm Sussex! Just wanted to say a big thank you for all of you lovely ladies that snapped up my craft sale bits, I have now sold out of the items shown on here. I have been frantically posting them all out to you and hope you enjoy your bargains!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge # 92


Good afternoon, hope you have been enjoying your Saturday? I have been busy sorting out my stamp box and have found this little cutie, which has been very underused!

It's just right for this week's 'Spring Colours' over at Penny Black Saturday Challenge . The prize on offer this week, is a voucher from 1-2-3 Stich. I saw a bumble bee today for the first time this year, it was enormous! This image is about the same size as that bee!

My card receipe: Yellow & Black Bazzill cardstock, Daisy Bucket black/white dot paper, Penny Black 'Bee Costume' stamps, MS Fourish punch and SU scallop punch and flower stamp. QVC black dot ribbon, silver jelli dots and Craftwork Cards sentiment.

Had better go put tea on and catch the score on the Rugby match Scotland -v- England, think it's a draw at the moment, lol!

My DT Cards For MAWTT & Willow Sketchie Challenges

Hello, here are my DT cards for Moving Along With The Times and Willow Sketchie Challenge .

Willow Sketchie Challenge - Rose's Sketch



Rose has come with a great sketch and the DT have used the wonderfully cute new download called 'Missy', isn't she the cutest! Do pop on over and grab yourself a digi image or two!

My card : Missy download, Bazzil Cream and Pink Swiss Dot cardstock, Making Memories 'Cupid' papers. MS edge punch, Kaisercraft bling stones, Jelli Dots and ribbon and flowers from stash. I have coloured Missy in, using my ever faithful Copic Ciao's.

Moving Along With The Times # 37- Clare's 'Moving House' Theme



Firstly, our lovely Hazel is about to move house, so Clare thought it would be a great idea to use this as our theme this week. You can choose your own sketch, but we don't want to see any 'Square' shapes on it.

Secondly, I am very sad to report that our lovely DT member Nicki (Little Ted) has decided to step down from our team, due to family committments. We are all such a close team, so we are going to miss you hun, but wish you well for the future and I know we will keep in touch.

The Creative Cottage Challenge # 1 'NEW'


Good evening, another challenge card for you, this time a brand new challenge called The Creative Cottage Challenge with a theme of 'NEW'. The prize on offer is a 'Bags of Style' Digi Kit. I have used some 'NEW' Bo Bunny papers which I brought today, this set called 'Flutter' is just beautiful!

Copic Colour Challenge # 54 & Stamptacular Sunday Challenge Blog # 49


Good evening, thanks for all of your lovely comments on my last card, they were really sweet!

I have done another double-challenge card, this time for the Copics Colour Challenge and Stamptacular Sunday Challenge , I have followed the colour chart below for the Copics Challenge, to colour in my 'Stampasaurus Baby Elephants' images for the 'You & Me & Baby makes three' challenge at Stamptacular.

Charisma Cardz # 9 & Totally Papercrafts # 6 Challenges


Good evening, hope you have been enjoying the wonderful sunshine that we have been having, it has been so lovely gardening today.

I have done a double challenge tonight! Over at Charisma Cardz the theme is 'Fairies' and Totally Papercrafts Challenge is having a theme of 'Mother's Day/Special Lady', so have combined the two and have come up with this little card.

I have used the CC Design 'Junebug' Fairie stamp, Imaginisce 'Fairest of them all' and 'Satin Ribbons' paper, Green Bazzill cardstock. Prima Flowers, SU sentiment and scallop/oval punches. Hero Arts 'Mummy' stamp, pink clip, great ric-rac ribbon and Kaisercraft pink stones from my stash box. I have coloured her in with my Copics and have inked around the image using a Momento 'Bamboo Leaves' ink pad.

Have just finished the large mountain of ironing and am now off to watch 'Stardust' on tv, enjoy your evening and thanks for dropping by! hugs Heidi xxx

MAWTT Challenge # 36 & Willow Sketchie Challenge

Good morning, Friday's here yippee!! Am really looking forward to the weekend and spending time with girls, we have been so busy this week with Georgia's birthday and David and I have both been unwell with a nasty bug, so it will be lovely to get some gardening done as apparently, the weather will be fab!

Here are my DT cards for Moving Along With The Times and Willow Sketchie Challenge for this week. Sorry I am late in posting them, but spent all of yesterday in bed, I slept for England! David has just got back from another long haul trip and has brought some nasty bug back with him, which he has kindly (not) shared with me!

I had great fun with these two sketches, and will definately use them both again. I have made two very different cards both with these cute digi images.


Moving Along With The Times Challenge # 36 - Sue's Sketch



I have used the super-cute 'Hello Daffodil' from the Spring Thing's collection over at Pollycraft on my card this week, the theme being 'One for the Girls'. I decided on this little image, because most girlies love cats and flowers, especially me, lol!

Happy 10th Birthday Georgia!


My baby turns 10 today, so I just wanted to wish her a very happy birthday and thank all of you lovely blogging ladies that have sent her cards & pressies, she has been thoroughly spoilt and thanks you all!
