WOYWW # 47 - My First Time!

Good morning from a very sunny and humid Sussex! I have just had breakfast in my garden, which has put me in a very silly mood, not sure why though, lol! Have just looked again at the rest of my room, god it is so untidy, didnt show you that photo, in my case, it should be Messy Workdesk Wednesday, lol!

Thank you to the lovely Julia who thought up this wonderful idea, to showcase your workspace each Wednesday. I have been trying to keep my desk tidy all week, and havent succeeded! My friend Karen keeps nagging me to get organised, so tommorrow I will be rolling up my sleeves and getting stuck in!

On my desk, there lies my new Gorguss Girl decoupage kits, that I picked up yesterday along with some stamped images that need colouring. My ever growing Martha Stewart punch collection and my wicker basket of bits and bobs. I couldnt craft without my Memento inkpads and I have such a lovely view of my garden, which is bursting into life at the moment. I always choose my papers according to the weather, so when I use blue or grey, you can tell what the weather is doing here.

Anyways, enjoy the rest of your day! I am off to take Jess to have her braces tweeked and then finish my DT cards.

Good afternoon, a double challenge card from me today. I have managed to fit a few cards in due to my Bubby Georgia being poorly and off of school with a temperature. Thankfully, she is feeling much better this evening, so will be going back tommorow.

Ellephantastic Design Team Card

Cupcake Craft Challenge # 87 'Red & White'

Hello peeps! Am loving this heatwave we are having, arn't you? Thanks for all of the lovely comments, emails and texts I received for Amy, who turned 19 yesterday, she was really chuffed! We had a lovely day shopping along with Jess, who had a teacher training day. Her boyfriend Harry decorated the front of our house with banners and balloons which was great and it embarressed her big-time, thanks Harry, lol! Also thanks for all of your lovely get-well messages, my migraine has nearly gone today. I think I have just spent far too much time in the sun this week, lol!

Anyway, on to my Easel card. I made this for Amy and thought it would be good to enter it into the Cupcake Craft Challenge . The theme over there this week is 'Red & White' so my card fits the bill. You could win some digi images from KLM Digi Stamps. I have decoupaged the fairies dress using the reverse of these amazing papers, I just cant stop using them, must go and re-stock my supplies!

Willow Sketchie & MAWTT Challenges

Good evening, my post is a bit of a long one this evening, so be patient with me, lol! I have nearly recovered from my two-day migraine, wow it certainly knocked me out! It must have been all of that exercise that I have done this week, lots of walking in the lovely sunshine, I am either getting old or am very unfit, probably both, lol!

Cute Teddy Card!

Good morning blogging peeps! Hope you are having a lovely day? It's yet another glorious day here, the washing is on the line, the housework done and the girls are fed and watching Georgia's new dvd 'Alvin & The Chipmunks - The Squeakquel', lol so now it's crafting time for me!

Good evening, wow what an exhausting day I have had! As the girlies are still on half term, we have been out and about today, lots of clothes shopping later, I managed to rest my poorly back, overdid it somewhat, lol!

I loved this sketch and the theme of 'Childhood Memories' was just right, as this little teddy reminds me of my 'Teddy Edward' bear that I have had since childhood.

Sketch Saturday Challenge # 98

Good evening, hope you have been enjoying the lovely weather? It has been glorious here again today.

Thank you so much for all of your messages regarding my nephew Alex. He is still awaiting his biopsy, so nothing new to report, but I will forward your messages on to him, when I speak to him. It really hasn't been the best of weeks for me, so reading all of them certainly has made me feel a lot better. To top it all, I have woken up today with awful back pain, probably all of the stress coming out, lol!

I am having awful problems loading photos onto blogger at the moment, is anyone else? Think it may be time to treat myself to a new laptop, have been having pc problems for a while now, I will have to talk to my lovely hubs to see if he will treat me, wish me luck!!

I have managed to load this card for the Sketch Saturday Challenge , but will have to keep trying with my Willow Sketchie and Ellephantastic DT cards.

I loved this sketch and I have been itching to use one of my new stamps from CC Designs, Sugarplums 'Cherry Emma'. Isn't she cute? There is a great prize of a $25 gift certificate on offer and the DT cards are simply stunning! Do pop on over and take a look-see!

Happy Easter & Charisma Cardz Challenge # 13 - Animal Magic!

Happy Easter! I thought I would share a photo of our Easter bunnies, Fudge and Smudge which we have had for a month now. They are brother and sister and are Lion's Mane Rabbits, so we have to brush them every day! Fudge looks just like the rabbit image on my card, lol! We think that she may be having babies soon, so that will be fun!

My card is for Charisma Cardz Challenge , whose theme this week is 'Animal Magic'. There is a great prize of $20 of 'Simon Says' products to be won.



My card recipe : Turquoise and Yellow Bazzill, Papermania Papers 'Blueberry Hill', SU scallop and oval punches. Sentiment from Craftwork cards, Prima flowers, Doodlebug brads and a gold jelli dot. The yellow cord is from a lovely bunch of daffodils that David brought me.

Willow Sketchie Challenge - My Sketch/Recipe Theme

Happy Easter Saturday! Have been having lots and lots of blogger problems this weekend, hope you haven't been suffering? It has taken me two days to load this challenge onto my blog.

Anyway, before it changes it's mind and kicks me out, here is my Willow Sketchie Challenge for this week. It has been my turn to do the sketch/recipe theme.

The recipe being : 'Two papers, Three buttons and One ribbon'.

I have kept my card very simple, as I am having big mojo problems this week. David and I (well David mostly, lol!) have been decorating and each time I sit to do some crafting, I am too shattered, so I will be trying to take it easy this weekend and enjoy my stash!

I am also getting very excited, as I will be going to Ally Pally next weekend to meet up with some of my blogging pals and spend lots of money. I must make a list as there is just too much that I want to bring home, lol!

On our cards this week, we have all used the super little image 'Missy' and papers, which all can be brought via the link above and we have all been given the task of colouring her in. I have used my Copic Ciao's, do pop on over and see what the rest of the lovely DT have done with theirs.

Good evening, I have been having big problems with blogger today but am managing to upload my DT challenge card for Moving Along With The Times .
