Not enough hours in the day!

Good morning, sorry it has been a while since I blogged last, as my post title suggests, there just havent been enough hours in the day to fit in everything. Life seems to of taken over, and I cannot believe that Georgia starts secondary school in just over a weeks time! Am all prepared apart from the shoes, have a trip to Brighton next week to shoe shop, fingers crossed we manage to get hold of some.

Its scary how time flies when your having fun! We have just come back from a lovely break in Devon, where we had great weather and it was hard to drag Georgia away from the sea. I think I have finally caught up with all of the washing that we brought back and have managed some ME time to craft, early mornings are the best time, while the girls are in bed lol!

Anyway, I had forgotten to share some of my sample cards from the Stamparama show @ Stevenage, here are just four of them, will share the rest when I get around to loading them on here.

I have used all new stamps from Red Gingham exclusive from Little Claire . Images used are : 'Little Town of Bethlehem', 'Room with a view - Seasons' set, and lastly 'Cold Crisp Kisses'. All coloured in with Promarkers.

Its another rainy day here today, so lots of crafting to be done, have a few exciting projects to complete, fourteen cards in total, so had better get on with them.

Little Claire Monthly Challenge 'Wedding/Anniversary' Theme

Good afternoon, am a little late in posting this, have been manic since Saturday as I was busy demoing at Stamerama @ Stevenage and then have had pc problems yet again, think I need to go treat myself for my upcoming birthday lol!

Anyway another fabby challenge over at Little Claire , this month's theme is 'Wedding or Anniversary'. As you can see from above, there is a wonderful set of goodies on offer, love the polar bear stamp, has to be one of my fav's. Do check out the Little Claire website, they have a wonderful new set of stamps from Red Gingham, only available from Little Claire. The new stamps are gorgeous and the little owl, 'Little George' will be seen on my card in the August edition of 'Simply Cards & Papercrafts', on sale this week, I can't wait to grab my copy!



Anyway, to my card. A side easel in lurve colours lol! I have used the sweet 'Love Birds' from LC and have coloured in with Promarkers.

QK Heart Dies, Martha Steward 'heart' and 'butterfly' punches, SU little tag sentiment and punch and red and black card candy.

I had so much fun demoing at Stamparama and must say hello to all of the fabby ladies that came to see me and said hi, especially Ginny, Carol, Cazz, Stella, Audrey, Sally & Marie! Looking forward to seeing you all at Ally Pally next month. I even managed to pick up a few Penny Black bargain stamps and a lovely set that I have been after for a while, from Clarity.

Better go and help Georgia with tea, she is cooking spag bol this evening and I need to supervise instead of being on here lol!

Last Night's Class

Good afternoon, hope you have been enjoying the sunshine? Its been lovely here again today, but too stuffy! Had a really lovely girly shopping morning, got some real sale bargains in town, including a lovely pair of new Birkenstocks for for at a knockdown price - result!

Anyway, I wanted to share my class makes with you from last night, had another full class at mine, which was lots fun as always! My ladies are so naughty and its always a pleasure to have them round. We ventured into the world of Scrapbooking this month, some of my ladies had never done a page, so we started simply with a basic one at 8 x 8". It was great to see everyones photos, and their layouts. We also made a gift box of four cards. The main flower stamps is my favourite Little Claire stamp 'Large Flower' which we embossed and decoupaged.

The papers used were My Mind's Eye and all cardstock, other stamp sets and inks are Stamping Up.

Anyway, hope you like what we made. I have used a brand new photos of my lovely girlies, its such a fabulous photo, I love it!

Little Claire August Club Stamp Set

Good morning, its a lovely day again here, but very humid, not the right sort of day to spend crafting, but hey ho, it just has to be done!

I wanted to share a couple of little cards I have made using the gorgeous new August stamp set from Little Claires . Its such a lovely design, it comes with a fabulous sentiment and I really love the roses in this set, great to use on their own.

Products used on my cards : Orange & Purple Bazzill Cardstock, Lilac Gingham Paper from Craft Creations, My Mind's Eye paper (opps forgot the name), MS Loopy Punch, Gingham ribbon from stash alson with orange & purple stones.
