Happy Sunday!

Good Sunday morning, here are my last two cards showcasing the last of the new 'Flossies', 'Flossie & Daisychain' from Little Claire . She came out on Friday and I forgot to schedule my post for yesterday as I was a the 'Make It' show @ Farnborough demoing. I am loving wooden embellishments at the moment, brought a few more sets yesterday at the show.

These two cards using 'Butterfly Tree' and 'Buttons & Stitching' set from LC also, these are some Little Claire class cards that I designed, so wanted to share then with you too. They were made by some crafty ladies yesterday on The Wirral, lots of fun was had, wish I could have been there!

Am off to unpack my tote and do some craft sorting. I treated myself to a few crafty bits at the show yesterday, Tim Holtz die, paper packs and charms to name a few, can't wait to play with them.

Have a lovely afternoon!

Flossie & Butterflies - Day # 5

Good Friday to you! This post is scheduled as I am demoing at 'Make-It' today. Love this show, so many stands and so much to see!

Little Claire have been showcasing their brand new 'Flossies' all this week, with a chance to win the stamp of the day. All you have to do, is go leave a comment on the LC blog for the chance to win.

To my little card, well I have made two, the second of which will not load onto my netbook, so I have David (my IT support lol) on the case. This little Flossie is surrounded by butterflies, she is just gorgeous! I have patchworked my paper using 'Stitches & Buttons' stamp set from Little Claire and have punched a 'Hydrangea' border using my MS punch. Lots of pink today, the paper is Dovecraft, flowers are Docrafts and cardstock is Bazzill.

Another scheduled post tommorrow for the final gorgeous 'Flossie', hope you can stop on by!

hugs

Flossie & Winnie - Day # 4

Good morning, day 4 in 'Flossie-ville', hope you are loving these new designs from Little Claire's . From all of the wonderful comments you have left on the main blog, you do! This little 'Flossie' is called 'Flossie & Winnie', she is a larger image, so great for all of your larger cards, her little pooch even has her own coat, how cute!

I am showing two very different cards today, a stepper and flap card, I have also used the 'Stitches & Buttons' stamp set and a circle sentiment, all can be brought via the shop, link above Am loving this rose ribbon that I picked up at a recent show, you have probably noticed, I have it in a few colours lol! Butterfly is a MS punch and the flowers are a Marianne die and a Papershaper punch, both of which I am using to death!

I have coloured in with Promarkers, paper-pieced her rain-mac and glossied over her buttons, eyes and the dog's nose, oooo I do love a bit of glossy!

Am busy getting samples and my bag read for 'Make-It' @ Farnborough this weekend, hope to to catch up with my blogging buddies there. All of the 'Flossies' will be available to purchase from the stand, along with all of the recent new stamps, wow there have beenso many. So if you are coming to the show, please stop by and say hi!

Am suffering with a bad toe today, its been quite painful over the last couple of weeks, I took the plunge and visited my doctor. He thinks I have an infection under the nail, not sure where that came from, sounds disgusting and am hoping the anti-biotics will kick in today and it will go back to normal size soon. It is the size of a football, well ok slight exaggeration, it feels like it anyway. I will be the one at the show with my sandles on in February!

Right have loads to do, enjoy your day and thanks for your lovely comments, also a big thank you to my new followers, lovely that you stopped by, I will return the compliment!

Flossie Showcase - Day # 3

Good afternoon, it's wet inside and out here today. My washing machine has been leaking badly yesterday and today and it has damaged our laminate flooring, so am thinking indoors is definately wetter than outdoors. Am running out of towels and clothes as I can't put the machine on, but hey ho what did people do without machines?

It's Day # 3 of showcase of 'Flossies', hope you are liking these lovely new stamps? You can win this image if you go leave a comment on the blog via this link . This stamp is 'Flossie with Pootle', isn't he cute! He is available to purchase today and while you are at the shop website, do go via the blog to see the other lovely DT cards.
Have gone very inky on my card, little Flossie has been Promarkered and then I have inked around and added some wonderful new roses that recently came home with me from a show I demoed at lol, they are rather lush, have them in other colours too, naughty me!

Off to order a new pump for my machine and then some flooring, going to get expensive me thinks!

Have a lovely afternoon, back tommorrow with Day # 4, hope to see you then!

Flossie Showcase - Day # 2

Good morning, Tuesday has come around quickly again! It's another day of showcasing over at Little Claire . All week there is a chance to win a new stamp each day, today it's 'Flossie Skipping', isn't this image gorgeous? You can go purchase it now from the shop and while your there, take a look at the blog, where all of the DT have been busy making samples. Also don't forget our monthly challenge, where this month the theme is 'Romance', so great goodies up for grabs if you enter.

Here are my two cards, I have kept all of my samples this week very clean and less-is-more. I have used my Promarkers to colour in the images including the brand new Spring set that my lovely friend treated me too, the new colours are so lovely, great if you like pastels.

Will be catching up with some sleep later me thinks, had a late night as Georgia and Amy went to Brighton to see 'The Wanted', who were fantastic! I didn't go in as I am too old to see them apparantly and I wasn't brought a ticket lol! Amy treated Georgia for her birthday which is quickly creeping upon us, two weeks and I still havent brought anything. What do you buy a twelve year old who has everything?? It gets harder every year, especially since she gave up dolls lol!

Right off to my local shops to buy pancake ingredients, my girlies lurve pancakes and after some housework, get down to some crafting hopefully!

Have a wonderful day and thanks for leaving me a comment.

Flossie Showcase - Day # 1

Good morning, sorry to have been a bad blogger as I havent posted for over a week, slapped legs again!! I do have an excuse, I have been busy doing DT work and demoing at the Maldon show last weekend. Half term always throws me, the girls are needing feeding and entertaining, two trips to Tesco's later and various taxi rides locally, I managed to get some 'Heidi' time in.

Anyway, its showcase time again over at Little Claire , this time it is the long-awaited 'Flossies', which have been sneeky peaked over on the LC blog. Each day this week until Saturday, we will be showcasing a new 'Flossie' image with a chance to win the stamp over on the blog. Pop on over via the link here , take a look at the DT's cards and enter the stamp draw.

Firstly, we are showing you 'Flossie and Owl', this has to be my favourite of the six (don't tell the others lol), she is a real sweetie with her little owl friend hiding in the tree above. I have used two very different colour schemes on my cards. One bright, bold and pink and the other using very muted colours using some of the glorious papers from the new paperpack Dovecraft 'Princess Fairytale ' available over at the shop website.

Right, am off to tackle the ironing mountain that has appeared over night again. Have a great day, thanks for any comments left. Back tommorrow with another 'Flossie'.

Little Claire Monthly Challenge # 18

Good afternoon, it's challenge time again over at Little Claire , I cannot believe that the month has gone by so quickly lol! Its probably the weather thats making me feel forgetful, I have been permanently cold for two weeks now, still cannot feel my feet, am hoping its not bad circulation.

This month the theme over at Little Claire's is 'Romance'. We want to see a Valentine, Anniversary or Wedding themed card. Please make sure you follow the theme though, we had quite a few entries to the last challenge, 'Anything but a card' that were actual cards, can you believe it?

Anyway, on to my little card. This is one of the recent cards that my ladies made at my monthly classes that I run from home. We get together once a month, make cards, drink coffee, eat cake and have lots of laughs. I have used one of the gorgeous 'Cutie Patootie' images, these little peeps are called 'Bert & Mary', I thought they would be perfect for a Valentine's card. Along with some SU hearts, LOTV tags and a Marianne swirl die which I love, thats my card.

On to the prize, you can win a brand new men's stamp called 'DIY' and some fabulous die cut sheets, to make quick and simple cards. The price is worth over £10.

You have until Saturday 17th March to enter our challenge with a chance of winning these wonderful goodies.

Right, had better get on. Have lots to do, before I can sit down today. Am busy getting samples and my bag ready for Stevenage tommorrow, I will be demoing on the stand once again, so if your coming along, please pop on bye to say hi to me and Steve.

Keep warm and take care,

Heidi

The first being a step card, using a Go Kreate and Marianne flower dies. Also on the card below, the 'Buttons & Stitching' stamp set, again available to purchase via the website.

Lots of crafting for me again today and maybe some housework, whatever you do, have a great day!
