Little Claire April Club Stamp

Good morning! Pinch, punch, first day of the month to all you all! What glorious weather we are continuing to have here at the moment, April is usually so gloomy!

A new month means, a brand new club stamp set over at Little Claire's . This time is a very different fresh image called 'Joie de Vivre', a lady with a dress made of flowers - just gorgeous! I have made two very different cards with the set, one in mono's as you can see above and one with a bright Spring feel to it. The clube pack can be purchased for £8.00 including the little sentiment.

Some products used on my cards above are : MS punches, cream pearls and Ice Grey I Promarker. Marianne dies, Papershaper punch and Pink/White Bakers Twine.

Am feeling much better now, the dizzyness has nearly gone away so am now feeling the 'Spring Clean' bug. Thank you for all of the get-well wishes and emails.

As the girls are on half term, we will be trying to get the house sorted. We seem to be magpies here, just clutter everywhere and I really hate it! Have my class cards to finish and a few projects still to complete, oooo wish I was more organised!

A Couple of Men's Cards to Share

Good afternoon, another glorious day full of sunshine here today, have managed to sit out in the garden and also get some cards made, but I am suffering at the moment with a virus causing Labirynitus (spelling????) which effects my balance, so am not allowed to drive.

Anyway, I have been going through my photo folders and I don't think I have shared these men's cards that I made at a show recently. The images are from Little Claire and the first one is called 'In a While .... '. I have used My Mind's Eye papers and coloured in with Promarker pens.

The card above was made using a free pack of papers from a magazine and the image used is 'Going Out' also the buttons and stiches have been used to decorate, both sets are available from the shop website above.

Ok better go tidy up before my girlies get home from school, have a wonderful afternoon and hope you get chance to sit in the sunshine.

Little Claire Blog Project

Good afternoon, what a wonderfully sunny day it is here! It's my turn to do the blog project over at Little Claire's . Each week a different DT member makes a project to share. I have altered an MDF Horseshoe using 'Chimney Sweep Bert' from the Cutie Patootie range of stamps available on the website via the link above. I have coloured 'Bert' in with Promarkers and have made a layout as above and below.

Little Claire Blog Candy

Hello, just wanted to share the news that there is blog candy over on the Little Claire blog, link below. These fabulous new sentiment sets are being launched today on the Little Claire Blog .

The first set is 'Sunshine Sentiments' which includes some really sweet sentiments.



The second set is a really useful set called 'Save the Date!', great for special birthdays. The even come with 'st', 'nd', 'rd' and 'th' to add to the numbers.

Olympia Sample cards

Good evening, hope you have had a wonderful day? I have spent the afternoon in the garden the sun has been shining here, all of my little plants are springing forth, its glorious!

I just wanted to share a couple of my sample cards that I made whilst demoing for Little Claire at Olympia this weekend. The show was great fun, I love meeting like minded crafters and helping people with their colouring/Promarker queries. Its lovely to meet up with my blogging buddies as well and of course, spend a little on crafty goodies!

Anyway, the stamp I have used on my card above is 'Rainy Days'. Papers are from a fabulous pad called 'Isabella', I have also used some buttons from the 'Stiching & Buttons' stamp set, a tag sentiment and linen thread. Have used glossy accents on the wellies and puddles.





My second card has been made out of Craft Creation paper and I have stamped the 'Butterfly' image onto the paper twice, added some black stones and have made a pop-out fold inside again with a tag sentiment.

Double Corrie to catch up on this evening, and then an early night me thinks, lots of craft to do tommorrow.

Little Claire Monthly Challenge # 19 'Spring'

Good morning, hoping you are well today and enjoying your weekend so far. This post is scheduled as I am demoing at 'Olympia' today, looking forward to seeing lots of my blogging buddies later and Little Claire followers who will be snapping up lots of goodies on the stand.

The challenge over at Little Claire's this month is 'Spring', you can win three new 'Flossie' stamps. I have made my card using 'Duck Mum' a gorgeous little image which can be used for a female or Easter card. I have coloured in with Promarkers, used Papershaper flower punches and a Marianne 'fence' die, which I love! The little tag sentiment is also a Little Claire sentiment.

Must go get my samples ready and pack my tote again.

Happy Mother's Day for tommorrow to all you Mum's out there, I will be celebrating with my girls with a trip to the seaside, weather permitting!

Happy Anniversary!!!

Good morning, it's my wedding anniversary today. David and I have been married twenty years, wow that has gone very quickly! I have made him this little card using a LOTV image, Craft Creations paper and an old SU heart stamp. The letters have been cut out of some SU cardstock using a Cuttlebug alphabet. I have coloured in with Promarkers and have glossied the bubbles. We are off out tonight for a little meal.

Also, it would have been my lovely Mum's 85th birthday, she died very young at 61, but I still celebrate her birthday by raising a glass of something fizzy to her each year, Happy Birthday my darling Mum!!!, love and miss you lots x

Have lots to do today, as I am demoing at Olympia tommorrow. My tote needs filling and some last minute tweeking of my samples needs to be done, so had better get on with it.

Make-It Samples

Hellooooooo! Hope you are well and enjoying the sunshine today? I am sharing some of my demo cards that I made recently for 'Make-It' @ Farnborough. Sorry they are late to be shown. Life has taken over my spare time in the last week, have been busy making lots of cards for friends, family and samples for demoing at Stitch & Craft - Olympia next week, if you are coming along, please do stop by and say Hi! Anyway, here are three samples using of course, Little Claire stamps (more to follow). Above I have made a side-easel card using 'Flossie & Owl' image and below a 'Swirly Whirly - Cat' stamp, which I have paper-pieced and finished off with a LC tag sentiement.

Am having my monthly class here this evening, I do love my ladies, we have such a laugh, so had better go make the house more presentable, put the wine in the fridge and get the cakes ready.

Happy Birthday Georgia!!!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGIA !!!!!

Good morning, it is my babies birthday, Georgia is twelve today and I wanted to share a photo of her opening her 'pink' camera. She loves pink and will I am sure, kill me for sharing this photo of her in her pyjamas lol! She has been very spoilt (all deserved) with lots of pressies, money & vouchers. She is in her school show at the moment, so the birthday celebrations are postponed until tommorrow, but a few cupcakes will pass her lips this evening, I am sure!

Here is my little card that I made using the gorgeous Penny Black 'Mimi with Cupcake' image, thought this little image looked like Georgia with her crimped hair and it was any excuse to use my new Tim Holtz lace die.#

Off to see 'Planet' this evening with the rest of the family. Have a wonderful day and a great weekend. Am hoping to get a challenge done, watch this space lol!

March LC Club Set

Good morning, pinch punch - first day of the month to you! March already, it's Georgia's birthday tommorrow, she will be twelve. She is busy rehearsing the school play which David, Amy and I will be going to see on Friday evening, so we will be postponing celebrations until Saturday when she will be home. I have got her a cupcake tree and lots of scrummy cupcakes instead of a main cake this year. Pressies are all brought and wrapped and card made, I cannot wait to see her face when she sees her main pressie.


Anyway, it's the first of the month and that means a great new stamp set from Little Claire's and this set is a must-have! It's a great new 'inchies' men's set including a very usable sentiment.
