Hello everyone! Am a little early this week with my sneeky peek for the Willow Sketchie Challenge . Please do pop back on Thursday when I will reveal all. It is Sharon's turn to come up with the goods, so am looking forward to being inspired by all of the wonderful DT creations ... Hope your week is going well? Have been a busy bee catching up with lots of housework and the house is now gleaming! I have also caught up with all of my emails and phone calls to friends, wow I have been busy!
Have been given this award from my friend, the lovely SusieQ . I am going to pass it on to all of my dear blogging buddies, so please feel free to add to your blog. It is given with lots of lurve from me to you! Enjoy the rest of your week, see you all Thursday, Heidi xxx
Afternoon ladies, hope my post finds you all happy and healthy! I have had such a busy weekend, working and sleeping, so its nice to be able to relax and do a challenge or two! Here is my entry for the Pollycraft Monday Challenge Blog . This week, you have to incorporate one of the super Pollycraft downloadables. I remembered that I had the sweet teddy 'Bex', so decided to colour her in using my 'Copics' in lemons and greens as I wanted to use this beautiful paper from 'Cosmo Cricket', called 'Something old' and 'Something new'. The 'Label's II nesties are on loan from a dear friend. The flowers are 'Prima' ones with green 'Jelli dots'. The ribbon is a cream woven tie that was round a new set of tea-towels that I got from ASDA this morning, waste not! and the pearls are from 'Kaisercraft'. My sentiment is a Papermania one which went a bit wonky but I decided to leave it as it looks like it is shadowed. Am off to catch up with some of the housework, the girls will be home from school/college soon, so the house won't be tidy for long, lol! Heidi xxx
Here are the cards we made at my card class last night at Crafts U Love . We used the QK Revolution Cupcake Die, Bo Bunny 'Sweetie Pie' range of papers, 'Blank Cheque' Bazzill Bling and Doodlebug 'Cupcake' Sugarcoated cardstock. Labels 1 Nestibilities were used to cut out the frames and a Papermania 'Happy Birthday' sentiments stamp. Finished off with some Kaiser pink pearls. We cut out the cheerie's using some scraps of pink Bazzill bling. A big thanks to ladies that came, we had a right laugh! If you are local to Charlwood, Crafts U Love are holding an Extravaganza this Saturday 28th from 10am, demos and hour-long workshops consisting of stamping, punches and scrapbooking will be taking place. If you want to book any of the workshops, call 01293 863576. Hope to see you there, come find me and say hi! Hugs Heidi xxx

Tulips, three dvd's, Annie Lennox CD and some Sugar Nellie stamps. I got breakfast in bed and some wonderful cards, Georgia hand-made mine. ... Just a quick card for this great challenge over at Daisy & Dandelion Challenge Blog . This week's theme is 'Thank You'. I have used my 'Daisy' stamp and have just stamped her out in brown onto cream card. I haven't coloured her in, thought she looked slightly sepia like this. Have used two of the lovely papers from D & D, brown Bazzill card cut-out with Nestibilities 'Label' die. Some brown 'Prima' Hydrangea's and brown/cream buttons. My sentiment is a Hero Arts one which I found at the back of stamp box ... Just wanted to say RIP Jade Goody, taken too young from a nasty disease which is close to my heart ... have a lovely afternoon, Heidi xxx
Good morning everyone, again from a very sunny Sussex. Its Willow Sketchie Challenge . time, Thursdays do come around fast! This week it is the lovely Sally-Ann's turn to come up with a sketch. Her twist is that you have to incorporate embossing of some kind into your card. I have used 'Petunia', a super new download and sentiment from Willow. I have gone with embossed paper, Imaginisce 'Baby Powder - Tiny Tantrum', 'Bazzill - Pink Swiss Dot' and Blank Cheque' cardstock. Have made my own flowers using some 'Woodware' different sized circle punches. Have coloured the edges with a blue inkpad and the flower centres are 'Papermania' green furry brads. I have added some blue and pink/dot ribbon to finish. Do go over to Willow and check out all of the other DT cards, they are amazing ! Have a lovely day, hugs Heidi xxx
That time again over at Willow Sketchie Challenge . Here is a sneeky peek at my entry. You can just see a little of 'Petunia', Willow's newest arrival, wow what a sassy puss she is too! I haven't been able to get into the kitchen as the girls have been baking madly this week, here is piccy of their latest batch, along with cerise pink icing! They tasted yummy though!
Going to make up some lemon ones this time, me thinks! Will be back tommorrow with my full DT entry, see you then. Heidi xxx

Another versatile sketch with which I have used the lovely 'Secrets' stamp, coloured in with my ever faithful Copics. I have made my own flowers from circles and jelli dots and have punched out a scallop to frame the 'Pollycraft' sentiment. Am off to sit in the garden and enjoy the sun while it lasts, enjoy the rest of your afternoon, hugs Heidi xxxx
Hope your enjoying your Sunday? Am enjoying the sunshine and spending mine crafting, have several projects to complete for my classes and DT, so had better get on with it. Wow, what a great sketch from Katy for the Willow Sketchie Challenge . The added twist this week is 'spots and stripes'. Here is my entry using one of new 'Walk in the Park' downloadable images from Willow Design Stamps . I have used some absolutely gorgeous spotty/stripey new 'Daisy Bucket' papers called 'Posh Posies - Groovy'. I have scallopped some purple/lime green 'Co-ordinations' cardstock and have filed the edges to show the core of the card. A super 'Willow' sentiment and some 'Imaginisce' Bitty Blossoms and 'Doodlebug' jewels complete the card. I have coloured in the fairy with my 'Copic's. I just wanted to introduce you to 'Willow' the bear, aptly named which Georgia received for her birthday from my dear friend Clare. I think 'Willow' was modelled on Sharon's lovely designs. Georgia wants to say a big thank you for all of your lovely messages. She had a wonderful birthday party, bowling with her friends.
Its Willow Sketchie time again, this time it's Katy's turn to come up with a sketch. Here is a sneeky peek at my card, which I will unveil tommorrow. Please pop back to see my entry, I have used some scrummy new Daisy Bucket papers, which I am sure you will love. Thanks for stopping by, Heidi xxx
My little Bubby turned 9 today and here is the card that I made her. She has a large grey/white rabbit called Toby so, when I saw this image that my friend Ali had stamped up for me, it was perfect! We took the girls to Brighton yesterday and she chose herself two new bears from The Bear Factory. We had icecream on the beach and had lots of fun especially when David slipped on the rocks and fell into the sea, luckily only his feet got wet, lol. She is off bowling this evening with two of her best mates and then Mc'D's for tea. So thought I had better post this now and announce the winner of my blog candy. Thanks so much to everyone who took part. I wrote everyone's names - all 143 of you onto bits of paper and Georgia pulled out the winner as seen here in this photo.
AND THE WINNER IS .................
Please can you forward me your address via my email : firstname.lastname@example.org and then I can post your candy to you. Thanks again to all that took part. Have a lovely week, will upload my Pollycraft card later if I can, Heidi xxx
