Hobby Art - Create & Craft TV - Card Samples

Hello,

 

Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  Am sharing a rather long post to show, my Hobby Art blog project and also some cards that are going on the TV this afternoon onto Create & Craft (2pm to be precise) with the lovely Jenny Mayes.

 

 

There will be lots and lots of wonderful inspiration from the DT. I am sure Becki will be uploading lots of our cards/projects on the website, Facebook and Pinterest today, should you not be able to see the programme.

 

Anyway, firstly here is a card using one of the new gorgeous sets, designed by the uber talented Sharon Bennett

 

CS101D - Shells

 

 

Secondly, a little card using the gorgeous new

 

CS100D - Harbour Village

and

CS038D - By The Sea (Sentiment set)

 

 

This third set, has to be my favourite of them all. Cute images - beach huts, little flip flops and seagulls - just gorgeous!

 

CS102D - Summer Holiday

 

I have altered a 'Tando - Printer Tray', using the stamps and sentiments set. I have also used some lovely Paper Artsy paints to decorate. These trays are also featured on the tv programme today.

Loving the seagulls in the set, think they should be named 'Cliff' and 'Richard' after his great film 'Summer Holiday' lol!

 

Lastly, here is the card that has been featured on the Hobby Art blog over the bank holiday weekend. It was made using the gorgeous 'Monthly Special' for April set - Lavender!

Changing Tree Card - Male Themed

Hi, hope you are having a wonderful bank holiday weekend.  Am home all weekend, making samples for workshops and demos that are coming up shortly.  The sun is shining and its been lovely to spend time with the family and eating lunch in my garden, which is in full bloom!

 

I am sharing a little blog project with you that is on the Little Claire blog today.

 

I have made a card using the 'Changing Tree' set of stamps using with the tree, the 'Man' set of elements.  The main set is on special offer this week, over on the blog.  You can pop over via HERE to take a look.

I have also used the lovely new 'Quirky Quilt's papers from Little Claire.  They come in lots of different colours and shapes.

Silhouette Owl Tree Card

Hi there,

 

Am sharing another blog project over at Little Claire today.  I have used the gorgeous 'Silhouette Owl Tree' stamp on my card along with kraft card and lots of die shapes.

 

This cute little stamp is on special offer over at Little Claire until Thursday 21st May for only £4.50.

Butterfly Blossom Card

Good Monday morning to you!

 

Am sharing my blog project card for 'Little Claire'.  I have made a diamond fold card using the gorgeous 'Butterfly Blossom' stamp set, which is on special offer over on the website HERE.

 

 

I have used my ever faithful Promarker pens to colour in the images.

Lastly from the front, just love those butterflies!

 

I have added glossy accents to the butterflies and the sentiment is one from the 'Freedom' set of stamps.

 

Am having the house to myself today, so lots of cards to get done for forthcoming classes and demo's. Coffee is on, so had better get on with them.

Mission Accomplished Project for The Craft Barn Blog

Good morning,

Am sharing my 'Mission Accomplished' blog project card for The Craft Barn today.

As we are celebrating 70 years since VE Day, my card has been made using the fabulous 'Hobby Art' stamp set - 'Commemorative'.

Such a wonderful set, full of poignant images.

I have made a fold card using lots of black, red and white card.  I have stamped the smaller poppy stamp all around and stamped and cut out the larger poppies, covering them with glossy accents.

Little Claire Likes Monday Project

Good morning, hope you are having a great bank holiday Monday?

I love bank holidays! The family are all home and we will be spending the day together, catching up on their gossip, watching dvd's and eating lots of chocolate!

Anyway, here is a little card that I have made for the 'Little Claire Likes' project. I used the gorgeous new stamp set 'Silhouette House'.
