What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!!

Good morning, well its been a few weeks since I joined in with Julia over at Stamping Ground and I have missed it. Its a great way to meet lots of likeminded mad crafters and share your stash on a weekly basis. I have recently made some big changes in my weekly routines and stepped down from most of my DT posts due to work and family committments and although I really miss them, its been really nice to take a deep breath and craft just for me.

To my desk, well the whole room is a complete mess lol! My trolley is still full after my demos at Stevenage, I really must get in there today and get tidying. I did pick up some lovely stamps and dies at the show and also I recently treated myself to lots of SU bits and have loved playing with all of my lovely new stash. So anyway, lots to see even if its in a mess!

Yesterday, my kitten CoCo had her operation and bless her she is really sore and has a plastic collar on which is making her walk backwards, only another nine days to go until I can take it off. Lots of cuddles and naps later, she seems to be getting back to her old self and causing mischief, lol! Here's hoping that all of the local toms will now go away and pester another female!Anyway, thought I would share a photo of her with you.

Busy day ahead, Jess has her retainer fitting, have to do town and some food shopping, then am going to spoil myself with some more crafting, heaven!

Have a lovely day whatever you do!

hugs

Heidi

Oh Heidi nice to see you again. Glad to hear that you've taken charge of the work/craft balance - it's flattering and all, but it IS nice to do what you like and mix products! Love the birdie card on your table. Poor Coco....walking backwards is a skill!

I never found those collars worked very well on either our cats or our dogs. They just battered into everything, including us (painful) and broke the collars. One of our dogs has just had a minor op to remove a lump on the back of his neck. He cannot have a collar as it would fit just where the wound is. He has beend desperate to scratch, but has resisted as far as he can, but now it is infected so we have another trip to the vet this afternoon. Hope your little cat does well and recovers soon.

Hi Heidi,
I'm sorry I'm so late in visiting, but what with my new grandson and my new challenge blog and other family commitments the week seems to have flown.
By the by, my room-mate in college had a daughter she called Heidi... you don't hear the name often and I love it!
Your cat walking backwards made me smile... we had one of those too at one time!

Hi Heidi, came across your blog recently, I follow a few favourites and must say yours is a very colourful and busy one but I love it. I only started blogging in December 2010 but enjoying every minute, (in between working of course). Your cards are great. I don't follow any particular theme I just try out anything once... Pop over to my blog if you get 5 mins. BTW Coco looks lovely, I had a cat but unfortunately I lost her 3 years
ago with a tumour, but she's never forgotten. Dee xx
